What is genuinely useful to send

• A rate that looks wrong. The most valuable thing you can report. Banks change their page layouts without notice, and a parser that silently reads the wrong column is the failure mode hardest to spot from this side. Tell us the bank, the currency and roughly when you looked.
• A bank we should add. Seven are covered today. If a bank publishes a daily sheet on its own website, it can be added.
• A currency that is missing a reference rate. Some show "—" because neither the RBI nor the ECB publishes them.
• Anything that reads wrong or is confusing — wording, layout, a figure that needs explaining.

What we cannot help with

This site is not a bank, a money changer or an authorised dealer. We cannot exchange currency, act on a transfer, look up your account, or intervene in a transaction. For anything concerning your own money, contact your bank directly — the guide links each bank's own published rate sheet.

Reply times

This is run by one person alongside other work, so a reply may take a few days. Reports of a wrong rate get looked at first.
