HSBC India publishes 21 currencies on this sheet, quoting TT (wire transfer), bill (trade documents) and currency notes rates. It does not publish forex travel card or demand draft rates, so those columns are blank below rather than filled in from a neighbouring column. JPY is shown per 100 units, as Indian sheets conventionally quote it.

No change in this bank's TT Selling rates between its two most recent published sheets, for the currencies above. Where the archive holds only one sheet from a bank there is nothing to compare against yet.
HSBC India serves its NRI foreign-exchange rates in the page markup, so they are read directly from the HTML with no document to parse and no browser needed. The page timestamps itself to the minute.
The thing to know about this sheet: HSBC publishes one set of figures and applies it to bills, telegraphic transfers and currency notes alike. On almost every row the three pairs of columns are identical, which is what the bank publishes rather than anything lost in reading it. Most banks price those three products differently — cash almost always carries the widest spread — so HSBC quoting a single rate across all three is genuinely unusual, and worth knowing if you are comparing its currency-note rate against another bank's. Where it does not deal in a product at all it prints "NA", and that is recorded as an absence rather than as a rate.
These are NRI service and remittance rates. HSBC writes the quoting multiple into the row label itself — the yen line reads "Japanese Yen (JPY)/ 100" — so the printed multiple is used rather than an assumption about this bank, the same way Indian Overseas Bank, PNB and Federal state theirs. Every figure is also checked against the official reference rate before publication, and anything implausibly far from it is dropped rather than shown.
Figures are read from the sheet HSBC India publishes, so every number here can be checked at source. The method for every bank is set out on the about page, and what each column means is on the reading guide.
Indicative rates, as HSBC India states on its own sheet: the rate applied is the one prevailing when an account is debited or credited. See also fees, GST and TCS.
